This Privacy Policy explains how Anima Grid handles information when you use the mobile game, its online features, and this website. Anima Grid is operated by its independent developer. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@animagrid.com.
Information stored on your device
Anima Grid stores game settings, language and accessibility preferences, gameplay progress, history, achievements, locally managed reward information, and an optional player nickname on your device. An anonymous session credential may also be stored so the device can reconnect to its online player profile. This information is used to provide the game and preserve progress between sessions.
Information processed by online features
When you use an online mode, the service may process your chosen nickname, a randomly generated player identifier, a securely hashed session credential, match and challenge results, ratings or standings, in-game reward transactions, and service timestamps. Anima Grid does not require an email address or password to create this anonymous profile.
Network and hosting providers may process standard connection information, such as an IP address and request metadata, to deliver and protect the service. Anima Grid does not use an advertising identifier to identify you across apps or websites.
How information is used
- Provide gameplay, online matchmaking, rankings, and progress.
- Maintain service security, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
- Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current production version does not include a third-party analytics SDK, a third-party crash-reporting SDK, or an advertising SDK. It does not sell personal information and does not track users across third-party apps or websites. If these practices change in a future release, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before that release is made available.
Sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers only as needed to host, deliver, secure, and support Anima Grid. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the service, its users, or others. Anima Grid does not sell player information.
Retention and deletion
Device data remains on the device until it is cleared by the user or the app is removed. Online profile and gameplay records are retained only as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the service. To request deletion of an online profile or related information, contact support@animagrid.com. Include the nickname used in the app and any details needed to locate the anonymous profile; never send a session credential or other secret.
Children
Anima Grid is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game or its data practices change. The updated version will be published here with a revised “Last updated” date.
